Hi All
I have a table with one not null column constraints.Whi le inserting the blank or ' ' values in that column,its giving me the error ".Assignmen t of a NULL value to a NOT NULL column "TBSPACEID= 91, TABLEID=196, COLNO=10" is not allowed."
But i need to insert that empty or blank or ' ' value.

Hi,
Please check that colum for data type it's a numeric or character. If the colum type is character you can insert spaces to that colum vrey well.

Hi all
I are using IIS 5.0, Oracle 8.1.
I am having problem with the following Insert Statement when used on
Production Web server with SSL(https://...., Verisign).
This doesn't occur everytime. Our studies shows that it is occurring
approximately between1-2% of the total applications/Year(70-80K).
After adding some debugging, the insert statement, after failing, is giving

Hi,
I'm trying to insert NULL for a column into SQL DB through a formating a string, but not through insert ...values (?) and i don't see a NULL in the DB., the column value appears blank, but i expect a NULL.
When i explictly assign NULL to that variable, it treats the values as a string, not a NULL and isnull is not returning the ROW.
$_data will have an address of the row fetched.
