Help: Installing A Modded (Unlocked?) BIOS

I am looking to install the Insyde 1.12 Unlocked BIOS for my Acer Aspire V3-771G, I currently have the stock version of the Insyde 1.12 BIOS installed, so I am unsure if I can actually install what amounts to the same BIOS, although unlocked, over it.

The stock BIOS can be installed directly from within Windows and also has a DOS installer as well, but I am not sure about the unlocked BIOS. Here is a screenshot of the files within the zip file for the unlocked BIOS:

There are no instructions in the zip archive, which I think is just stupid!

Can anyone give me an idea of how to do this, because I assume there are people here who have installed unlocked BIOS in their PCs before?

If you're not familiar enough with BIOS or firmware-level software to recognize how to apply the packages you see, I would recommend NOT doing this.

Incorrectly applying this due to someone leaving out a step will cause the computer to not work - period. New motherboard installation time (either someone like me for thinking a step is too basic and you'd know to do it, or that your package may not need a certain step it when it actually does; or someone like you doing things too fast, or possibly even just missing a step).

However, if you're set on doing it, then what's inside your zip file will dictate. If it's a .exe file, then you're good to install it on Windows (though again, which version of Windows?). If it has no extension, it's probably Linux (though again, one of the 'maybes' that might brick your computer!) or used in a boot tool.

Unfortunately, I'm not on a sandbox computer where I can trust a strange file from Dropbox, so I could not take a look to find out.
