cfm search malfunctioning in IE8 iFrame

I'm importing a ColdFusion database search page into an iFrame. The search results are returned 8 at a time, with succeeding results listed as page links (2, 3, 4, 5, etc.) across the bottom. I'm finding that in IE8 only (all other browsers, including IE 6 and 7, are OK) clicking on one of those links just returns the iFrame to the initial (blank) search page instead of listing the next 8 search results. I can access the search page directly in IE8 and it works fine--it's only when the search page is enclosed in an iFrame that I get the problem. I realize this is more of an IE8 problem than a ColdFusion problem but was wondering if anyone else has run into anything like this?

This page http://www.cityofwestsacramento.org/...bus_search.asp imports the search page into an iFrame and it works in IE8. This page brings the search page into an iFrame and it fails in IE8: http://shopinwestsac.com/find-a-business.html. The search page in both instances is at http://www.cityofwestsacramento.org/cfapps/blfind.cfm
