Compile a dll from .h and .lib files

Hello,

I have a header file (.h) and a library file (.lib) and wanted to know
if it is possible to create the corresponding dll file from those
files? I have heard you can do this but don't remember how any
suggestions/ideas would be great!

Thanks

You need to ask in the newsgroup for your compiler. See FAQ section 5
for suggestions.
