Keeping Prompt on screen....

I know there are a few functions one can use..... the windows.h library and the sleep function, running the alarm command, etc. Unfortounately, I still cannot manage to keep the program on screen so I can even see if its been outputted correctly, any advice would be appreciated, thanks.

Either

1. add a line to the code that request input just before it exits

getch();

2. Run it rather than debug it from you IDE

3. Start a Command prompt and run your program there
