Printing calendar (need quick help)

5 New Member
I need urgent help with this program:

Using C, write a calendar progam so that the user provides only a year. The program should print a calendar for the given year to the file calendar.dat. The first line of output should be the year. Print two months side by side so that the calendar will fit on one 8 1/2 x 11 inch page.

I have problems using FILES, and printing the months side by side.
