For example if I need to implement string class, assume if it is not present in C++,
If I make declarations in string.hxx and definitions in string.cxx
than Inorder to use string class do I need to include string.cxx or
If I include string.hxx than as functions in this file are executing will control
automatically comes to string.cxx ( assume both files are present in same directory)

Normally you would put the definition of your class into string.hxx and the implementation (the code for the functions and static member variables) into the string.cxx

Program control never runs through the code in the string.hxx (unless you have implemented some of the functions in there) and always jumps straight to string.cxx

You include string.hxx in the source files where you wish to use the string class.
