What API replaces the unlock API that existed in gcc 2.9.3?

Hi,
How can I unlock stdio streams?
There used to be an unlock API, what happened to it?
I will appreciate any kind of help.
Thanks,
Shlomo

There is no C++ answer to that question. You need a newsgroup specific
to gcc.

gnu.gcc.help
gnu.g++.help
