I don't know, but I do know where you're more likely to get an answer:

Try the compiler specific newsgroups. eg:

borland.public.cpp
comp.os.msdos.djgpp

No Idea, this is a newsgroup for discussing C++ (the language),
not tools that happen to compile (amongst other things) C++.

There maybe somebody here who can answer you question, but they
are unlikely to do it.

I googled (http://www.google.co.uk) and found this:

When I took the newsgroups link under getting help I found
a reference to:

news:comp.os.msdos.djgpp

I hope at least one of the above links helps.
