If you can read a bit of Java (Java is like baby C++ syntactically) you might have
a look in the Java Articles section.

kind regards,

I've done a couple of Sudoku's in c++. Post your attempts and I maybe can point out what you are doing wrong.

Hi. I'm using a 3 tier FrontController Design for my web application right now. The problem is that I'm finding to have to duplicate a lot of code for similar functions; for example, listing users, and listing assignments use similar type commands. Is there a "better" way I can organize my code?

Given that setuid is a Bad Thing for scripts, what is the general consensus here on running a Python script via 'sudo' to give it root system access? Is this reasonably secure, or am I still asking for trouble? Hi All I have written an application in PHP that will be used by telecoms and ISP's. It will be installed on a server that will only be running this app. Will most probably be using the latest SuSE linux version. I need to provide them with root access to the server so that they may perform simple issues such as IP address changes and backups. I do not want them to have access to my code nor the postgres db. It is vital that this is...

Hello, I've installed Eclipse, Python 2.5 and wxPython on Ubuntu 8.04. The problem is that I can't get code completion for wx module. I don't know if it occurs the same with other libraries outside the python "core". If I compile/run my code containing the wx library, I get an application running correctly, so it looks that definition works fine. Obviously, the obstacle is that I don't know (I don't want to either)

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
