Can anyone recommend a good book for intermediate up to expert level?
I'm an experienced C programmer and I learnt Python from the "Learning
Python" O'Reilly book because it had good reviews. I was disappointed
though. It was difficult to read because it was so verbose. It would

Hi
I know this has been done to death....but obviously at some point in the dim
and distant past!
I wish to program a retail database for my shop, I have trawled many forums
and I only manage to see "search for inventory, this has been done many
times before...", without ever actually coming across the method ;(

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
