Is there any way of specifying the startMode when using the xslTransform class?
We are updating code which used msxml to the system.xml classes but can find
no way to specify the startMode.
We use this so that we can specify different templates to be used by the
same xml node.
Know that we could use global params, but would rather not...

pages should be inherited from. This base class however, when I try to view
the aspx page in Visual studio .NET (2002), it gives me the error:
The file failed to load in the web form designer. Plese correct the
following error, then load it again: An exception occurred...

Hi All,
I used an article on XSLT and XML and creating a TOC written on the MSDN
CodeCorner.
ms-help://MS.VSCC.2003/MS.MSDNQTR.2003FEB.1033/dncodecorn/html/corner042699.htm
However, it did'nt quite answer all my questions.
How would one create a 3 level TOC when each item level / node was
differently named (They used Template match and...

Hello,
I did read the FAQ on template(*), since I could not find an answer
to my current issue I am posting here. I have tried to summarize my
issue in the following code (**).
Basically I am trying to hide the `complexity` of template from the
user interface. If you look at the code DataSet should be the object
that my user manipulate....

Hi,
I have recently begun using templates in C++ and have found it to be
quite useful. However, hearing stories of code bloat and assorted
problems I decided to write a couple of small programs to check. What I
expected was that there would be minor code bloat and some speed
improvement when using templates. However...
I wrote a basic...

iter = m_permissions.end() ;
std::vector<Permission>::const_iterator cit=m_permissions.begin();

Hi,
Is there a way to partially specialize only a member function of a
template class (not the whole class).

Can anyone lend a hand on getting this particular template

Hi, I have a question about injecting friend functions within template
classes. My question is specific to gcc (version 3.4.5) used in
combination with mingw because this code (or at least code that gets
the same result) works as expected in visualc++. I know that this is
probably not the right behavior for a compiler but it's the kind of...

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then...

I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in...
