I'm new to VC++.net and I searched through the forums and couldn't
find anything related to this.
I'm trying to send a flat file from a VC++.net program to a PHP file
residing on a webserver. I know you can call a website from
VC++.net, but I'm not sure how to send a physical file over the
internet. I mean is there a way to mimic a normal html form to
upload a file, using VC++.net?

Can anyone help me reagrding MAPI send mail logic.
I am supposed to get the SMTP server name from an ini file and have to send a mail through this server name.
The syntax for getting the server name is :
mapird.lpszAddress = "<server name>";
Quotes are required here

hi i am new to VC++ and want send data to my serial port.I am able to send String ^ type variables. but i am not able to send a single char or an array of characters. i.e char c, and char c type i am not able to send. please assist.
serialPort1->Write(CLATCH,0,3)

the above routine worked fine in VB. but i am not able to do it in VC++. CLATCH is a character array of 4 bytes.

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
