hi dear friends plz help me out to solve the following problem
I had wrote a program for generating random bits using the function _bios_serialcom but the max spped that can generate is only 9600 bps but i want to increase the spped beyond that but there is no command defined to do that then is there any way for me to solve the problem..????

To the best of my knowledge, the _bios_serialcom () call only supports up to baud 9600.

No, _bios_serialcom only support up to 9600.

quality of the pseudo-random number generators supplied with many
C implementations. As a result, we have to recommend things like
using the high-order bits returned by rand() instead of the
low-order bits, avoiding using rand() for anything that wants
decently random numbers, not using rand() if you want more than
approx. UINT_MAX total different sequences, and so on.

I needed a quick program called "random" that gives a random
positive integer from n1 to n2. For example, if I type
