hi dear friends plz help me out to solve the following problem

I had wrote a program for generating random bits using the function _bios_serialcom but the max spped that can generate is only 9600 bps but i want to increase the spped beyond that but there is no command defined to do that then is there any way for me to solve the problem..????

What platform/operating system are you using?

To the best of my knowledge, the _bios_serialcom () call only supports up to baud 9600.

http://www.nightsong.com/phr/python/sharandom.c This is intended to be less predicable/have fewer correlations than the default Mersenne Twister or Wichmann-Hill generators. Comments are appreciated.

In a program randomly generating 10 000 000 alphanumeric codes of 16 characters in length (Ex.: "ZAZAZAZAZAZAZ156"), what would be an efficient way to ensure that I do not generate duplicates? STL set, map? Could you give me a little code example? Thank you.

One issue that comes up fairly often around here is the poor quality of the pseudo-random number generators supplied with many C implementations. As a result, we have to recommend things like using the high-order bits returned by rand() instead of the low-order bits, avoiding using rand() for anything that wants decently random numbers, not using rand() if you want more than approx. UINT_MAX total different sequences, and so on. So I...

Hi, On a previous question someone recommended using the System.Security.Cryptography to fill an array with strong random bytes. It works but I can't specify the max value of course.. I solved it by subsequently removing all 'higher than max' values, but this is not efficient, nor fast. Anyone who can point me to a C#-usable Random Number Generator with at least

This is something i have done before and i know its pretty simple, however i cant remember how it works exactly, and i need it i kinda hurry, so if someone would be so nice to drop a random number generator (actually i just need binary 1 or 0) i would be forever gratefull ;-)

I'm building a web application using sqlalchemy in my db layer. Some of the tables require single integer primary keys which might be exposed in some parts of the web interface. If users can guess the next key in a sequence, it might be possible for them to 'game' or manipulate the system in unexpected ways. I want to avoid this by generating a random key for each row ID, and have decided to use the same approach for all my single key...

I needed a quick program called "random" that gives a random positive integer from n1 to n2. For example, if I type "random 38, 43", I want the program to print a random member of the set {38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43}. Also, I read in my compiler's documentation the following: To get a random number in the range 0..N, use rand()%(N+1). Note that the low bits of the rand's return value are not very random, so rand()%N for small values of N...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
