62 New Member
Hi all,
For the class strstream let the object be line.
On an 16 bit machine previously of ANSI standard
ststream line
line.setf(ios:: in);
What is need for setting the flag to input.
Is that at that time for the class strstream , we want to use stratream object
to input do we need to set using this type of flags
or there is any other use for it.

Kindly help me to resolve my problem.

I got an app where a bunch of values are set before the calculation is fired up. I need an elegant way to check if all variables have been set. So for example for double I am thinking about a class Double { private;

On Jul 22, 5:27 am, eran <kale...@gmail.comwrote: I'm also with the params struct w/ constructor approach, but just to for a hoot I'll illustrate an alternative (pretty absurd) approach, which successively changes the compiler's notion of type such that a call only becomes possible when all parameters are set. Hi Everyone, I have writing a class that represents a object on a screen. The object has normal things like X,Y, Width, Height, ZOrder, and it also has drawing attributes and flags. It has properties for setting and getting values from instance variables that represent the above attributes of the class. For the flags, which are bit values, I have 3 methods, one for setting, one for removing and one for testing for the flags.

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
