I am building a C++ program (main.exe) with VC6 which expects to call the
Python DLL. When I start it (under the debugger), I get: "This application
has failed to start because python24_d.dll was not found. Re-installing the
application may fix this problem."
I built Python24_d.dll using VS.NET 2003 (which I bought specifically for

that is forward-referenced:

Hello,
I have a form linking two tables but they have one field that is
shared called "device" I want to allow data input into one of the
fields and hide the other (so I need it automatically updated from the
first record). How do I have the second record in the separate table
updated based on the change or update of the first record?

I'm sorry to populate the server with yet another question about
linking multiple tables and queries, howerver I have not been able to
find the right criteria.
My problem.
I am trying to either link 3 tables together in a select query, and
maintain the editablity that I get when linking two tables and creating
a form. I know there is a way to link 3 tables through multiple queries
however I have yet to be able to get it to work.

I just got Access 2003 and have been playing around with it. This whole
macro security thing can be a bit annoying.
Initially, I was able to link to my backends located on a second computer.
Then after I compacted the backends on the other computer and I think I also
tired of the macro security message on Access 2003 and selected to not run
unsafe expressions.
Now I cannot link to the backends on the second computer from the computer...

I'm porting code from Windows to UNIX and ran into a problem with
dynamic_cast. Imagine a class hierarchy with three levels: class Level2
derives from Level1 which derives from Base. If you look now at this code:
Base *b = new Level2();
Level1 *l1 = dynamic_cast<Level1*>(b);
Should dynamic_cast return a valid pointer or 0? I wonder as Visual Studio
2005 returns a valid pointer while g++ 3.4.6 returns 0. Both compilers work
as expected...

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
