Please could someone write me in which program should I start
programin? I tried to write the source in notepad and than save it as
*.exe file but it didn't work. Help me please, Thanks.

I recommend starting with JavaScript in web-pages (you don't need to put
them on a server, you can have them locally and use your favorite web
browser to run your programs, and don't need any other tools).

Your question is however off-topic in [comp.lang.c++].

So I have set follow-ups to [comp.programmin g], a less specialized group.

- Codeblocks: get it at www.codeblocks.org (my preference)
- DevCpp: get it at http://www.bloodshed.net/dev/devcpp.html

The source file is not the same as the exe file: You must _compile_ the
former to
obtain the latter (using the tools mentioned above).
The best advice I can give you is to read books about programming. Do
you have 'The C++ Programming Language' by B.Stroustrup?

You would have a hard time picking a worse book to start with considering
the question you asked. Stroustrup is for hard-core programmers. I suggest
you look at books by Robert Lafore or Stephen Prata.
