How to extract data of a Blitz++ Array ?

Array<unsigned char,2> A(10,10);

unsigned char* rawdata;
rawdata = new (unsinged char)[10*10];

Can I extract data in A to rawdata without using for loop?

Yes. You can use a while loop.

Until you say what "Array" is, the answer is "don't know".

Try using Array::data() which returns a pointer to the Array's
internal data.

I bought Josuttis's book on the repeated recommendations of people in this newsgroup. http://www.josuttis.com/libbook/ One of the first things I looked up was the std::valarray<>. And what I read is that he questions the worth of the valarray. http://www.cs.bsu.edu/homepages/peb/cplusplus/headers/valarray.htm

Hi, My first experiences with Blitz++ http://sourceforge.net/projects/blitz/ show both flexibility and high performance. But I also need a good Iterative solver library like Gmm++ for solving large sparse linear systems :

Hello, I'm a new scipy user, and I'm trying to speed up some array code with weave. I'm running xp with gcc from cgywin, and scipy.weave.test() returns an OK status. I'm trying to speed up the code below. I've found a couple of examples of weave on the web, and I think it should be straight forward, but I keep getting the following error when calling weave.blitz(expr). It's complaining about the variable being assigned, I've tried...

I'm trying to compile some code that I downloaded. The code uses Blitz++ and tvmet to manipulate arrays. I have never worked with either of these, and I am having trouble getting both of these to work. When I compile the code, I get a compiler error in the tvmet files. Instead of trying to figure out what is going on with tvmet, I decided to do everything with blitz. Which is also not working out. I am hoping that someone can provide...

Hi This is probably fairly simple but I am newish at programming and was wondering if someone can give me some advice on handling the following. I have an array with a large number of elements in it. 0-9 are related data, 10-19, 20-29 are related and so on. What is the best way of extracting groups of elements from the array into another array where each element is the related data or to extract say elements 0,1,5 from the first...

I will be obliged if anybody can help me with this problem: I am trying to extract data from an excel sheet that matches IDs given in column 4 of the excel sheet.I have stored those query IDs in an array (@names). After I look for the match in this section of the code: if ($value=~/^$names$/), I want to write out only those rows that satisfy the above natch condition. But currently the code I have here writes out everything. How do I get it to...

How would I do this? I want to be able to handle vectors of many different types of data and vectors that can contain any number of other vectors of data. Currently, I have a templated function that handles vectors of vectors of <typename T(which could be anything from int to vectors of something else). As well, I have specialized/overloaded functions to handle the single-level vectors of data (e.g. vector<string>). So the templated...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
