To become an expert in C programming

I want to become an expert in C programming. Where can I find free
electronic versions (.pdf or .doc) of C materials so that I can
download it and study. Please specify the links.

To become an expert in the C language, I highly recommend that
you become familiar with Web search engines.

Next, read and study the C language FAQ.

Lurk in the C newsgroup and try to answer some of the posts
(off-line). When you have enough confidence, answer some
of the posts. If you're wrong, there are people here who
will correct you, which helps you become an "expert".

I've learned a lot about the C language from lurking,
researching and answering posts in this newsgroup.
I've got other things in life to do than become a
"guru" on this topic. :-)
