text fixed with graphics and eqations

SJ
Hi,
I'd like to pu text fixed fith graphics and equations onto some
control.
And I don't know which one.
I tried to use TRichEdit but its doesn't show graphics and eqation. How can
I show these elements. It's best resolve for me.
I thought that HTML format is good resolve as well(without equations, can be
with??) but I don't know which control should I use to show HTML page.

Links, documentation, anything

Thanks for any suggestions

Suggestion #1: Why don't you tell us what platform you are actually working
on?

If it is (as I suspect from the naming convention you use) a C++ framework,

Suggestion #2: Find a newsgroup dedicated to your platform/framework. I
cnnot remember TRichEdit being part of the C language.

I'm sorry my bad.
I use Borland C Builder Personal Edition.
I've sent to borland's newsgroup but there is no answer, so I look for
resolve here.

Well...

I don't know very much about Borland C Builder. The last Borland product I
used was Borlands C++ version 3.1. So don't count on me for the details.

If it's not in your docs, then probably HTML is not supported.

Sorry...

This is completely system-specific, and therefore off-topic here. Ask in
a newsgroup dedicated to your system. From the looks of it, this might
be a microsoft.publi c.vc.something group, but only you can know which
one.

I have a simple frame-based application where title information appears in a top frame and a lower frame contains the content for the application. One of the needs for this app is for a status line in the upper frame to be updated when certain actions are taken in the lower frame. In the top frame, I have a line of text wrapped with SPAN tags and assigned a unique ID attribute. In the lower frame, I run a JS function that looks up the...

Hi, I have a fixed point math class, that completely should replace "float" on PocketPC. However the 3D graphics created look a bit odd. I think there's some bug somewhere. Is there any source code that "tests" math classes like these, or do I have to write one myself? Thank you, --

Dear Readers, I am attempting to draw box around some text using unicode on multiline label. The label is forty characters wide and 12 lines deep. I have been trying to draw a box around text (centered in the label) on this label. My font on this label is Courier new - hence fixed width character cells.

My web site accepts uploaded photos and stores them in a SQL table as BLObs so they never touch the filesystem. I have a way to create a thumbnail version of the uploaded image and store that in the db too, again without touching metal. I need a way to overlay some text on the image but I'm stuck. All the help I find uses files in the filesystem, and when I try to convert the example to my imagestream model it fails and I can't...

Hi I am trying to draw text in a panel. I want the width of the panel to be fixed but the height to be determined by the number of lines the text needs to cover in the panel. I also want to be able to specify the linespacing for the text. I have looked at the StringFormat class, MSDN stating: "Encapsulates text layout information (such as alignment and line

I would like to add text to an image. I have tried to use DrawString and it works on some images but on others it is very very small. I am pretty sure it has something to do with the size of the image but I have had varying results on multiple images. Is there anyway to make the text a fixed size on the image. Similar to putting a date on a photograph.

Hello, I know I sound like a one-note Johnny on this but I'm still looking for a solution. I need to display characters coming in from a serial port or a socket. I also need to be able to type characters into the display myself - but that's not the main issue at this time. I've tried a scrolling multiline text box but once the original viewable area fills up and it starts scrolling the flashing of the entire area drives me nuts. The...

I'm writing a program that displays a user-supplied Bitmap and then writes text fields to it. These "text fields" are things that the user can move around on the image, but to render them efficiently, I draw the text directly to the image. It's faster that way. The problem is that right now I have to redraw the original (unwritten-to) bitmap and redraw the text whenever the user moves the text because I haven't figured out how to properly...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
