Hi i'm 14 yrs old, and currently learning C++. It's good fun, but i want to
move onto graphics. Is there a good graphics libary, someone can reccomend
that will owrk on Microsoft Visual Studio 6.0, and if yes HOW!!

This isn't the right place to ask about graphics, or about specific
compilers. This group is for the C++ language only, and graphics aren't part
of that.
So, try your question again on comp.os.ms-windows.program mer.win32, but
please feel free to ask questions about C++ on this group.

Visual C++ 6.0 was designed primarily for MFC, so you may find help in
comp.os.ms-windows.program mer.*. You may also be interested in
cross-platform libraries that have C++ bindings, such as GTK+, Qt,
wxWindows, FLTK, FOX, et al.
A different kind of graphics library for C++ is Open Inventor, a Windows

I am attempting to learn a bit about the GDI+ transforms and charting data and I
feel like I'm getting a handle on how the transforms work. My chart object has a
large "canvas" bitmap that all data is scaled to and rendered on, and I display
a smaller "window" of the canvas that the user can page through left and right.

At the moment I'm using Borland's C++

I want to be able to take an array of points and plot them on the screen. Is
there a way to do this? E.g. I want to be able to graph a function. At this
point I'm not up to a level in C++ where I want to start learning Visual C++
so I don't want to go that route.

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
