Unable to Load C# (Crystal) Project in VS2005.

We are Currently in a multi developer environment, and just received a new
computer and i am unable to load a c# project. When i try to load it i get
.....csproj can not be opened. The project type is not supported by this
installation. Other developers on my Team are able to load this application
and i can create new projects of the same type (Crystal Reports Application).
I have looked through many different blogs and can't seem to find anything
that works. I have tried the devenv/setup as well as devenv/resetskippkgs and
those don't seem to work as well. When i edit the project file i get
"The element 'PropertyGroup' in namespace
'http://schemas.microsoft.com/developer/msbuild/2003'
has invalid child element 'SccProjectName' in namespace
'http://schemas.microsoft.com/developer/msbuild/2003'.
List of possible elements expected: 'Property' in namespace
'http://schemas.microsoft.com/developer/msbuild/2003'."

I am currently running vs2005, 3.0 Framework on a xp sp2 box.
