'Refactor' has disappeared

V
I've been using VS2005 for a mixed C# / C++ project. Somewhere along
the line it seems that 'refactor' on the context menu disappeared for
C++ projects. I do believe that this was working at one time. Is this
a known bug?

No. It was removed in RTM...
And it will be re-introduced with Orcas, though I can't remember whether it
will be installed by default, or if you have to install it as a separate
(free) plug-in. It is being developed by a third party.
