export web form to win form

Hi,

We are working on a project where we need to have to 2 presentation
layers i.e. web form based(for external users) and windows forms(for
internal/frontdesk staff) based.

at many instances, we need to capture same information (e.g. user
registration) in both presentation modes. This leaves us with no option
but to desgin two sets of screens having same controls. I'm wondering
if there is any tool that could help us over here i.e. If we design one
screen (either web or win form) and tool could generate other screen
out of the first with same layout and controls? This would reduce
screen design time by about 40%.
