How do I install this into VS 2005 IDE?

Hi,

I compiled the TimePicker as dll and tlb.
Then register with regasm.

Then goto VS2005 IDE, ToolBox, right click selected "Choose Items...".
Then click Browse to choose the dll and got the error:
"Self registration of the tlb is failed"

Any idea?
