Custom WMI monitoring tool

Hi Gurus,

I am writing a tool which will list all the WMI classes in a namespace. The
idea is to list all the classes and then user can select whichever WMI class
he/she is interested in and then this tool will monitor that particular WMI
instance for changes or for events. The problem I am facing may be very
elementry but I am unable to find a solution.
I know there are some EVENT classes and INSTANCE classes. WMI events are
monitored using ManagementEventWatcher and WMI Instances can be monitored
using ManagementObjectSearcher. SO when user selects a class, my application
should be able to identify whether the selected class has INSTANCES or
EVENTS, so that appropriate class(ManagementEventWatcher OR
ManagementObjectSearcher) can be used to query the selected class's instances
or events.
How do I find whether a class has instances or events?

Thanks a lot in advance.
