Hi all,
As a way of starting to learn C# I decided to try and build a tabbed
version of notepad. I have approached it a few different ways over the
last week and have had challenges with each approach. I was wondering
what everyone thought the best approach to this project was. The three
methods I tried were:
1. Only one class, the main form class, which has all the methods and
the TabControl necessary to achieve the goal.
2. Have a main form class and TabController, as well as a class which
extends the TabPage class and contains a RichTextBox.
3. Have a main form class and TabController and methods to add TabPages,
as well as a class which extends the RichTextBox class.
I guess I am really looking for the best wy to do this so that I can
tackle the challenges without the sneaking suspicion that I am not doing
it the best way.
Cheers,
Mat
