Microsoft Outlook 2000 and .NET/C#

I need to develop a C#/.NET application that will pull out certain email
messages and attachements from MS Outlook .pst files.
When can I find any useful articles, pieces of code, samples, etc. regarding
Outlook vs. .NET interoperability?
