line. Taking account of the header and footer and the size of the

can display 30 records at a time. I can see other records by scrolling
up or
down with either the scroll bar on the right of the screen, or the up

arrows which are above and below this scroll bar; or I can use the

How do you force a panel to scroll in code.

I would like the panel to default to the centre of the screen, rather than

My website is fine when it is viewed in 1280 by 1024 pixel ,but in smaller
resulotions there is a horizontal scrollbar down the page.How can I set it

In Access2003 and XP.
My forms detail section hides behind the header when I scroll down to
see controls off screen.
This is similar to freezing a pane in Excel. I'd rather this did not
happen but can't find the property that controls this.
When the form first opens some of the controls are behind the header
and scrolling is required to see them.

<Div>s and style sheets below. I want the TopMenu to go across the
entire top of the browser. It does go across the entire top, but let
say my screen resolution is 800x600 and the "Content" Div forces scroll
bars for the user to scroll to the right to see an object then the

I'm using the VScrollBar and set it as follow:
m_vScrollBar.Minimum = -19602;
m_vScrollBar.Maximum = 0;
m_vScrollBar.SmallChange = 1;
m_vScrollBar.LargeChange = 1089;
m_vScrollBar.Value = m_vScrollBar.Maximum;
The scroll bar is set to start from the bottom.
