how to get rid of horizontal scroll bar of pages in my website?

My website is fine when it is viewed in 1280 by 1024 pixel ,but in smaller
resulotions there is a horizontal scrollbar down the page.How can I set it
to be viewed the same for all resulotions?

But ,it deactivates the vertical scroll bar as well.I want to keep vertical
scroll bar and delete the horizontal one

Yeah, I understand that. I tried using pixel and the <body

You have a table that is 1183 pixels wide. If you want it to fit in lower
resolution displays, make it narrower.
