PublickKey Attribut of VS2005 ReportViewer doesn't match VS.../sdk

I just started getting this warning message when I publish apps that use the
VS2005 Reportviewer

Warning 1 The value of the 'PublicKey' attribute in 'Microsoft Visual Studio
2005 Report Viewer' does not match that of file 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Visual Studio
8\SDK\v2.0\Boot strapper\Packag es\ReportViewer \ReportViewer.e xe'. MyCustomProject

I started getting this warning message after I updated my signing Assembly
certicate (which is just the Test Certificate option) for when I use Click
Once to deploy my app. I have used the Test Certificate in 2006 and in 2007.
All of a sudden - in 2008 - I am now getting this warning message.

How can I update the PublicKey Attribute of the ReportViewer? Or what
should I do to eliminate this warning message?

Thanks,
Rich

Hello, I need to print a report from the VS2005 Reportviewer control. My problem is that I need to print to a tractor feed (dotmatix like) printer that is not the default printer - for printing mailing labels (thousands of them). I can set all the settings from the pagelayout button of the Reportviewer at runtime, but that is a real hassel - set the margins, paper orientation, papersize, printername. I tried using a deviceInfo type...

We're the ReportViewer Control in a .NET 2.0 winforms app. Here's the call I'm making: byte reportBytes = this.reportViewerInstallRpt.LocalReport.Render("PDF", null, out mimeType, out encoding, out extension, out streamids, out warnings); Here's the exception: A call to PInvoke function 'Microsoft.ReportViewer.Common!Microsoft.ReportingServices.Rendering.ImageRenderer.CompositionPDF+WindowsGDIWrapper::GetGlyphIndicesW'

Hello, I get the following message when I try to "return to parent report", or when clicking on any application button that starts a new process, when the drill down report is displayed. ReportViewer is in remote mode. "Return to Parent Report" works fine in reporting services, just not using the reportviewer control. Failed to load viewstate. The control tree into which viewstate is being loaded must match the control tree that was...

On my development machine where I have Visual Studio 2005 loaded, I have an app that uses the Report control. I can view data in report format with the Report control -- the data renders OK in the Report control. My problem is in rendering the report from the rdlc file for printing to a line printer. Following the example from MSDN Help at http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms252172(VS.80).aspx I can print the rdlc report...

I was deploying an update to my VB2005 app using Click Once as I always do and got a message that the digital signature had expired - so I clicked create Test Certificate as I always do and was able to publish the update (I have never signed the assembly - always just use a Test Certificate). The app uses the Report Viewer control (for printing stuff) which deploys fine. But all of a sudden I am now getting the following message after...

I have a VS 2008 ASP.NET webform that has a reportview tag on it, accessing an .RLDC report in local report. The columns for the report are essentially: Month Item #1 Item#2 Item#3 I would like to add a checkbox or dropdown control to the .RLDC and have Item #1, Item #2, or Item #3 display conditionally based on a checkbox being clicked or a dropdown value being selected.

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends, With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
