Calling dataGridView.Ro ws.AddRange()

Hi,

I'm trying to add several rows to a dataGridView. My current code adds
the rows by calling the dataGridView.Ro ws.Add() method for every row.
I know there is the dataGridView.Ro ws.AddRange() method which would add
several rows at a time, thus saving resources and time. I've already
searched the internet, but couldn't find any examples of how the method
can be called.

Could anybody provide me with some examples or code how to call the
dataGridView.Ro ws.AddRange() method?
Thank you,
Firona

I have been searching for a way to have autocomplete in a DataGridTextBox object. There does not appear to be an obvious way to do this like you would for a TextBox outside of a grid using the AutoCompleteCustomSource. Any thoughts on how I can add this collection? :)

Hello, I am populating a datagridview from a datatable and filtering the number of rows with a dataview object. Is there a way to retrieve the rows displayed by the datagridview into a separate datatable without having to loop through each column in the datagridview? Or is there a way to retrieve the rows from the original datatable filtered by the dataview into a separate table? I only want to copy the rows from the main table that...

Hello, Following an example at http://www.vb-tips.com/dbpages.aspx?IA=DG (by Cor Lightert and Ken Tucker) on binding a dataRelation to a Datagridview for sqlClient, I was able to view rows in datagridview2 that corresponded to a selected row in datagridview1. Great article/example.

Hi All How can I get the datagridview to redraw after changing the rowtemplate.height at runtime ( it is databound to a datatable) I have tried datagridview1.refresh etc to no avail (The row height stays the same) If I repopulate its datasource (datatable) then the rows resize OK, but that is an uneccessary overhead.

I'm changing from a DataGrid to a DataGridView and have run across a problem. The items that are bound to the DataGrid have an int Property that represents a primary key of a lookup table in my database. For example: table JobTypes 1 | Manager 2 | Controller 3 | Supervisor table Employee

Hello, i got a simple problem using a datagridview. My datagrid has two rows, one rows contain names of interfaces while the other should contain a combobox with a list of available ip addresses(i'm just using string). I want that the combobox list contains a list of values read from file. To fill the combobox i'm adding the array of string with the list of ip addresses in a way like this: string iplist = new string;

I need to build and display a huge data grid (roughly 5000x5000). (I know it is difficult to view, but i need to do it anyway) the immediate problem i am facing is that it takes a VERY long time to add 5000 columns. i created an array of DataGridViewTextBoxColumn and called DataGridView Columns.AddRange(array). This still takes a VERY long time. i haven't even attempted to add the 5000 rows or calculate the values of each cell (25M of...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
