Hi, it seems this is a common demand and the control does not provide
simple ways to do it, This is like a brute force attack but it worked
for me...
void SelectAllDates(){
Graphics g = monthCalendar1.CreateGraphics();
MonthCalendar.HitTestInfo oHTI;
ArrayList oDatesArray = new ArrayList();

Is there a way to have the non-selectable dates (those before MinDate and
after MaxDate) draw differently so my users can see right away what dates
aren't allowed? I'm not seeing it...
Otherwise, anyone know of a cheap 3rd party calendar control I could use
that would provide that ability?
Thanks,
Rachel

For a Windows project in VB.NET 2003:
I need a Calendar that’s much larger than the MonthCalendar control in the
toolbox; it needs to fill the whole screen (at least approximately ). VB
won’t allow me to change the Size Height or Width Properties.
I see that you can size a Calendar control in a Web project all you like;
but I’m creating a Windows application project here.
I see that Size comes from System.Drawing.Size...

Hi
I was wondering if anybody knew of any good alternatives to the .net
calendar control?
I would like to be able to select two different dates within the
control, so you don't have to have two calendars for a "from" and "to"
date.
Many thanks

Hi,
Does the MonthCalendar allow selecting incontiguous dates? It
allows me to select multiple dates but they seem to have to be continuous.
Anything I'm missing?
I need a control that does exactly like that (being able to display a
single month view or a 12-month view) and also be able to select multiple
contiguous or incontiguous dates? Any recommendation?

Hi,
In my windows application I need to display MonthCalendar control
with some selected dates.
I am using the property "Bolded Dates" to add selected/some dates.
But those dates are displayed in "BOLD".
But I need to display with different background color.
How can I display the "Bolded Dates" in different Background color?

Hi,
I would like to use several colors to display some specific dates in my monthcalendar.
By example, some dates will be displayed in red color, others in green color...
Have you got any solutions ?
Thanks in advance.

Greetings group,
I have a situation where I'd like to visibly see disabled dates on a
DateTimePicker. Frequently the Min and Max dates in the picker will be
set only to days apart, and so I would like this to be reflected in a
way other than it simply failing to select when they click. It seems
like this would be doable with a MonthCalendar control, however the
DateTimePicker itself doesn't seem to expose an internal MonthCalendar,
nor...

You can effortlessly switch the default language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll walk you through it.
First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...
