I reviewed a similar post on an older version of DB2. I was wondering
if there was anything available now that is more precise in gathering
the db2 version for the new v8 calls.
I am running DB2 v8 FP9 and was wondering if anyone knows if there is
an existing API (or perhaps an easy way) to obtain the current DB2
version on the machine?

None of the code segments I've seen on this will execute, they all give
me an
"invalid class" runtime error, either at the MoveNext() or the foreach.
Do I need to somehow tell WMI which adapter to try to get the SSID list
from? I've only got one wireless adapter.
This way gives me an unhandled exception when it tries to do the
GetInstance()

I admit my form is pretty complex and may need a total overhaul -
I have two subforms synchronized on a form through an unbound text box.
When I enter a new record in the second subform it used to complain
about nulls and then about 'can't repeat an index'.
To solve this I wrote code on the main form's subform enter event (I'm
surprised I found it. I must have spent an hour trying to program the

I am trying to get infromation from my wireless card, such as signal
strength and a list of SSIDs that it can see. I have been able to get
the signal strength (see code below), but I cannot get the list of
SSIDs. I have installed WMITools (from Microsoft) to delve in further
and it tells me that there is no instance for MSNdis_80211_WLanBssId
or MSNdis_80211_BSSIList.
