VSTO Issue : Customize the user properties dialog in Outlook 2007

Hi fellows,
I want to customize the dialog box that appears when you double click
any entry in the address box dialog in

outlook 2007. I searched the web with many saerch keys but no luck.

The dialog box seems to show the properties of an ExchangeUser object.

If anyone has Windows Live Messenger installed he will find the
Actions button customized with 2 new items

in the drop down action list.

I think VSTO is the best way to go but I do not know where to start

Appreciate any hints

Thanks

I don't think this is possible. While Outlook is highly customizable,
it doesn't go to that level. If anything, you would have to replace the
form for the entire contact and then specialize the behaivor for the address
textbox.

I just visited the MSFT web site and saw the comparison/pricing of the different VS 2005 versions. I was looking for a statement of the system requirements for VS Pro and VSTO, could not find. Also, more details on the differences between VS Pro and VSTO. For example, can VSTO be used to create a DLL, in particular, a DLL that can be used as an ActiveX DLL with Office? In VSTO, other than the addition of the support for Office 2003...

I have an Excel project and a unit test project in the same solution. I have not found the way to initialize the runtimecallback as required by the code generated

I'm porting a C# Outlook Addin originally engineered as a COM Addin over to use VSTO. I've gotten this to the point where my VSTO Addin installs its Menu items and Toolbar buttons when Outlook launches. I've wired up my event handler to each Menu item and toolbar button. (I use the same Event handler and I use the Tag property which is different for every Menu Item and Toolbar buton to determine which menu or button is being clicked and to...

I feel completely stupid having to ask this (not as stupid as if I had developed the VSTO website that contains no OBVIOUS links to it).....but, where the hell is the VSTO download? Hi, I'm currently a VB6 developer and I write mostly office type apps (not always Office though). At this point in time I have a project where I need to develop an add-in for Microsoft Project. There appears to be two paths I can go down, VS.NET or VSTO. From what I have read, VSTO is the tool if you are planning on developing an Office Application, but only if it is Excel, Word, Outlook or InfoPath and

Most of my projects are developed in Access 2003. I have not even installed Office 2007 yet! I need to buy VSTO to get the run-time licence for Access 2003. No doubt I will soon need a run-time licence for Access 2007. Is there a version of VSTO that has the Access run-time licence for both version of Access? Or will I need to buy VSTO 2003 now and then VSTO 2007 at a later date? Thanks,

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...
