hi All,
This problem is for C# windows application.
I have a user control whcih contains one picture box along with other
controls.
Depending on certain conditions I want to change images on the picturebox.
But at the same time I want to refer only assembly of the user control in
other solution.

I'm refactoring an existing web app that uses dynamic loading of user
controls and a lot of response.redirects to the same page. Because I hate
the overhead by doing this I'm searching for a cleaner option.

Is it possible to get access to the local resource
(App_LocalResources) of an aspx page from within a user control
located somewhere else? I have created a user control which I want to
add to a page and read values from the page's local resource. But
within the code of the user control, I can only access the local
resource of the user control itself in its own App_LocalResources
folder.

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
