I'm having a real hard-time to work out the hell of the statelite
assembly.
1) At start,
the official MSDN stated to use:
.... new ResourceManager(strBaseName, Assembly.GetExecutingAssembly());
and the resource file should be named as <basename>.resx
It didn't work (in WinApp).

I tryed removing the App_GlobalResources folder, and after verifying thta my

I would like to use compiled resource files in my web application that are
not related to localization.
The idea is to have a dll with resources that can be accessed by the
website.
I have no problem making the dll.
I am running into problems using it.
I am attempting to use the resource manager to get the values from the dll
and update the controls appropriately.

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
