Upload a file to Webdav server

Hi everyone,
I need to upload a file to a Webdav server programmaticall y. I
searcher about some library, but they are not free and I won't spend
money just to do an upload. The question is: WebDav is an HTTP
extension, so may I simply upload the file as HTTP Server?
Sorry for this (maybe) silly question, but I am quite ignorant about
Webdav.

Thanks all.

I have to prepare an Apache/PHP based (or perl if easier) web page that allows a user to upload very large files, possibly over 10 Gbytes and maybe up to 100 Gbytes. I'm aware that file upload limits can be increased by config changes; but I'd rather minimize the need for changes like this, both for admin reasons and to avoid possible (?) memory problems or even bugs. In principle there's a simple solution whereby the user runs

Hi, can anyone provide or point me in the direction of a simple python file upload script? I've got the HTML form part going but simply putting the file in a directory on the server is what I'm looking for. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Chuck

I would like to be able to update an xml file located on my hosted server from my local computer. The server requires a user name and password to access the web site for writing or updating files. Could someone refer me to a doc that explains this or provide some sample code? Thanks,

Hi. I've built a page using standard ASP.NET 2.0 features and when I upload a large file (>20MB) to our intranet server, I get a paltry 100KB/s on our 100Mb/s LAN. Simply copying the file, I get around 7MB/s. I'm using a FileUpload control on an .aspx page, and then I'm writing the MyFileUpload.PostedFile.InputStream off to a database. What can I do to speed up this uploading? Thanks in advance

Hi, I am using a native asp.net file upload technic which currently supports small files. But i need to upload the file of size more than 200 mb to 300 mb. Have the following code: wkLocalPath = "C:\A\1.jpg" wkServerPath = "http://servername/dirname/1.jpg" wcClient.Credentials = New NetworkCredential("UID", "PW") wcClient.UploadFile(wkServerPath, "PUT", wkLocalPath) File exists on C. Dir exist on server (ASPNET user and Admin user have full rights) (tried both) Created virtual for Dirname and gave it write access in properties) "POST" gives same results.

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Dear forum friends, With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
