I have a .net 2.0 smarclient app and am trying to deploy it to IIS where
users can access it from. I created an application folder in IIS where I'm
trying to deployee to.
1) When the application folder was set to 'Allow scripts only', I get an
error:
Failed to connect to 'http://192.168.0.5/TransAct/'

I need to have multiple deployment profiles for a .net 2.0 winforms project.
This is my requirement:
1) Re-use same project for multiple ClickOnce deployment profiles.
2) Each profile will have it's own custom deployment properties such as
Publish Version Number, Start Menu and application Name in start menu.

Hello, anyone know if there's a way to prevent the ClickOnce"Verifying
Application Requirements" window from popping up on the client when an
application is launched via a browser? I have a small windows forms app
that is launched via hyperlink, and find this window kind of annoying.

Hello Gurus,
Is it possible to schedule a task to run an application deployed using
ClickOnce? The executable changes location with each update.. and if i
were to run the executable directly, it's not considered as a network
deployed application and it's not able to use any of the update
features programatically.. any ideas? workarounds?

click a button on a web page. Its an application with a GUI so the app
would come up and be running independent of the web browser (i.e. not

ClickOnce almost does what I want. However, there are a couple of
additional things I want to do with my application which I believe are
a challenge with a ClickOnce application:
1. The application is one which is to be purchased by my website's
users. So, before the application is installed, the user must purchase
the application.
2. The user must accept a user license agreement before installing the

I'm having a problem displaying the version number of the ClickOnce deployment on my programs, but it's under odd conditions...
I have a program which is distributed via ClickOnce to around 50 PC's. On a handful of these, the version number displays when it is run from the network. However, on most, it is blank.

use LINQ 8-D) published application on terminal server 2003
Do I have to install it on EVERY user that will use it ?
If so, all the files will be duplicated for every user ? in wich folder ?
