Haven't been able to convert to the new strip menus

I have a user controls (say UC1) that has a context menu (CM1).

I may use it on another usercontrol (UC2) with menu (CM2).

CM1 is a get property of UC1 (as a clone)

UC1 merges the CM1 clone with its CM2.

I would like to use the newer strip controls but have not been able to
figure out how to accomplish the thing I described above.

Seems MDI does something very similar but I can't seem to be able to do it.
Do you know how to do that?
Thanks in advance

I've done a google search on this but, amazingly, I'm the first guy to ever need this! Everyone else seems to need the reverse of this. Actually, I did find some people who complained about this and rolled their own solution but I refuse to believe that Python doesn't have a built-in solution to what must be a very common problem. So, how...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For...
