I'm creating a Strong named assembly which has a reference to a third-party
Assembly.
When I try to compile my assembly, I receive the following error
"Assembly generation Failed -- Reference assembly 'Assembly Name' does not
have a strong name."

libraries is unsupported and the error is by design (go figure). My setup is

Web Project - No Strong Name
BLL Project - Strong Name
DAL Project - Strong Name
Schema Project - Strong Name
Web Control Assemblies - all have strong name
None of the above is stored in the GAC. The BLL and DAL project assemblies
get registered in Component Services (automatically).

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
