How do I make it does NOT appear on the task bar when it is started?

What do you exactly want to do?
You can set the WindowStyle property to Hidden from the properties
sheet to hide the window completely.

this.process1.S tartInfo.Passwo rd = null;

The above auto-generated code will launch notepad.exe but the window
and taskbar icon will not be visible.

Hi,

Although my application is only running for a short period of time, eg. 2
seconds but it still sit on the task bar.
I have already set up the WindowStyle to Hidden.
It is not only appear on the task bar (unitl it finished) but also make my
main form flashes.
