Again drawing on the groups experience:-
1. For general file opening and file saving, using VB6, are there any issues
with using the FileOpen and FileSave Common Dialog Boxes?

Everytime I download a file from the web I get a nice animated
dialogue box that shows the size of the file, how much has been
received and the approximate remaining time. It also gives the
connection bandwidth.
I've looked in different development groups through google/groups to
find an example of C # code that would give me a similar readout.

Hi,
I'm writing a little application that scans a large number of media
files for processing.
The main application currently uses a backgroundworkerprocess to
perform the scan. Each media file has meta data extracted and is added
to one of a range of lists (pseudo-queues) for later processing. This
is all fine. But, I want to provide more feedback to the end user as to
progress as the process takes a considerable time.
