Hi all.
I am trying to place text over a picturebox. I thought I coul do this by
making the textbox.backcolor property = color.transparent.
However this doesn't work (textbox doesn't support transparent backcolor)
and so I am wondering if anyone knows how I can do this.
I need to be able to put multiple lines of text over the picturebox, so
using labels won't do it.

I am having a hard time understanding the logic behind the Rectangle object.
My problem has to do with the way the rectangle treats the "Width" property.
For example, take the following rectangle object.

Hi
I have a form in which there is a treeview alongside a listview. Now I
have certain conditions when the Listview control is disabled. When
this happens I would want the Cursor to be of type "NO" only when the
mouse is over the ListView. It should be default over the other
controls on the form.
I have tried many things but nothing seems to work. I am able to set
the Cursor to No when the Listview is disabled ...but the cursor does...

Hi,i am doing a graphics project (in C),wherein i need to display text.Obviously could have directly used outtextxy or other such functions but the problem is that i dont have to use stdandard library functions,so using either Stroke's method or dot matrix it has to be solved.But how ?? is it possible if i store the hex values of all characters and then use it somehow.Please help.

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
