Hello,
I have been playing with various Googled solutions for capturing the <Enter>
key to suppress form submission.
My first question is whether anyone has a script that works in all common
browsers? The script bellow is IE only. It fails FF 1.0 and NN 7.
Also, if I can trap the keypress I would like to use it to tab to the next
tabindex.

Hi, in the NorthWind sample database, when clicking on the next
navigation button on the new order record with nothing on the subform
(order details), we got an order with nothing ordered. How can we
prevent this from happening?
Thanks.

Hi,
I have a .NET web application protected by Windows Authentication.
Therefore, when accessing the first page, users are prompted to enter their
credentials (when not logged on the domain).
Most of the pages are using HTTP but one folder is using HTTPS. When moving
to this folder, users are prompted again to enter their credentials.
Is this normal behaviour? Can this be avoided?

Hello!
I have made my application move to the next cell on TAB and Enter and it
works fine for me and all the other computer I 've tested on in the office.
When deploying at the customer.. suddenly have a strange problem. When
standing in the last cell on a row and pressing TAB och Enter the cursor
move to the SECOND cell on the next row and not the first cell. Why?
The only thing I have seen so far that's different in the customers

Hi Guys,
I'm very new to access and I've been trying to get the hang of it over the last few days, but I've become very confused with various aspects of how to code it.
Introduction:
I am using 3 tables for my data base at the moment. The first table is an ID table, which tracks IDs that are in use/taken. The second table is a queue, which has very little/limited information on a person. The third table is a log, which has much more...

Hi friends,
I have an interesting problem in vb.net. And I am struggling to get a solution for this..m trying for the past 3days.. It’s to calculate moving average for the inputs given by the user..
The following are the steps..
1, get 2user inputs in textbox(1st input is number is periods, 2nd is moving range)
2, after getting both the user inputs, the user will click on an input button which must dynamically generate rows for the number...

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! You can effortlessly switch the default language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll walk you through it.
First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
