Here is a (unix) starting point to play around with. It uses Perl's
XML::Simple (http://search.cpan.org/dist/XML-Simple/).

I have a large form that is generated dynamically in a jsp using xml / xslt. So, to
break up this form into several "tabbed" sections, I break up the form using <div>
tags. Each <div style="display:none"> can be displayed by setting the style attribute
to "display:", or hidden with "display:none". This gives the illusion that the person
filling out the form is switching from page to page...without the overhead of extra
hits on the server,...

I tried finding an answer on http://www.quirksmode.org/ without success.
I am attempting a complicated Frames structure. I have made it work in IE,
but not Netscape.
I begin with three frames, where the two lower ones are within a Frameset
within the master Frameset:

Hi again,
I am referring an earlier question here trying to enlarge upon the concept I
am pursuing.:
Each object is a subassembly. They are all significantly different in
detail and content but are all derived from an abstract subassembly class.
An assembly is defined as a tree of subassemblies. There are multiple
levels of subassemblies that can be assembled in many different

Hi,
I have a MDI form which should display (within itself) 2 other SDI forms.
On the left part of my MDI, i have a treeview control which allows me to
select and display the SDI form required.
In my treeview control, i have 2 nodes (form 1 and form 2).
When i click on node 1 (or 2), form 1(or 2) should be displayed on the
right part (within my MDI form) and should take all the available space.

A MS-Access DB has 3 tables - Teacher, Class & TeacherClass. The
Teacher table has 2 columns - TeacherID & TeacherName (TeacherID being
the primary key). The Class table too has 2 columns - ClassID &

The TeacherClass table has 3 columns - TCID (AutoNumber), TeacherID &
ClassID. One teacher can teach multiple classes & one class can be
taught by multiple teachers. The TeacherClass table basically...

When creating a Report is there a way to display a Web page within an object? I have a scenario where I am being asked to display a report for information that is controlled and published via another support group along with information that I maintain. This other support group provides their information via the Web with a nifty little layout. On that Note I would like to include the web page itself within my report and have no clue how to go...

I have a question concerning the need to trigger events within a "child" subform which is itself enbedded within a master "parent" form and which is accessible via a tab in the parent form. Becuase this is all very difficult to explain in words, please bear with me as I endevour to explain what it is I am trying to do. It would be helpful if I could attach a graphics file to this posting that would help explain what it is I'm trying to achieve...

I'm working on this site:
http://www.essenceofsoy.com/redesign/index2.html
and I'm having a few problems with getting the layout exactly right.
1) When the menu items are rolled over, they cannot be clicked as links unless the mouse pointer is below the word. This happens in both Firefox and IE6.
2) In Firefox, the pink quote banner and two gray form boxes above and below the content aren't centered in the "content" div, and I can't...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

In this session, we are pleased to welcome a new presenter, Adolph Dupré who will be discussing some powerful techniques for using class modules.
He will explain when you may want to use classes instead of User Defined Types (UDT). For example, to manage the data in unbound forms.
Adolph will...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
