Hello All,
A customer of mine needs to get set up as an ebXML client in order to
receive labor data from VW, and I am tasked with getting this up and
running. This might be the first in a line of ebXML "subscripti ons"
taken on for the enterprise, so I need to keep that in mind.
VW states that we need to purchase an ebXML tool to do this, but I am
wondering if this can be done using .NET, or if there is a
..NET-specific ebXML client, tools, open-source code, libraries, or
what.
I don't know much about this topic, as you can see, so be gentle...

I don't know anything about ebXML, but it seems like just an XML message
with some custom transports.
In this case, you might want to take a look at BizTalk server, since it
is designed exactly for this purpose (getting messages and acting on them).

Hello,
I have the following problem:
I used to "encode" my email address within links, in order to avoid (most)
email spiders. So I had a link like this:

href="mailto:DrTebi@yahoo.com">DrTebi</a>
This would work like a regular mailto link in any browser, but wouldn't be
visible to spiders if they don't have a function to decode it.

I don't understand if there is a relationship between ebXML and BPEL. I
thought that BPEL replaces ebXML, but i am not sure.
ebXML replaces EDI. BPEL is a language developed by M$,IBM, BEA, SAP
etc... for the business process comunications. But also ebXML occupies
of the exchange of the messages and of the communications. Here my doubt
is born.
