Hi,
Would someone show me how to do the data extraction to Excel in ASP.Net
using C# web form?
I am not familiar with VB, so I am asking someone to help me out!
Any help will be appreciated.

I've done the exporting DataGrid to Excel part. Thanks for your advice.
Actually, the Microsoft Enterprise Library took me a while for "using
Microsoft.Pract ices.Enterprise Library.Data".
But I'm thinking is it possble to do the data extraction directly from the
dataset, not firstly stored in the datagrid?

Hello Everybody,
I am fairly new to ASP.Net. I have a requirement to extract data from
a number of similar word files and put it into database. Eventhough I
could do it with VB.Net, I am not able to do it with ASP.Net. In
VB.Net, I used word.application object to open the file. Then I
created ranges for appropriate sections of word file. It was not
hard.
