I load an excel spreadsheet into an object array, [row, columns]. What is the
best way to copy a row into a single array or arraylist?
Currently I just loop through each column and assign it to the new array.
xlData was poplulated from excel interop
tosData = new object [109];
for (int curCol = 1; curCol < 109; curCol++)
tosData[curCol - 1] = xlData[curRow, curCol];

Use the static Method Array.Copy. Works like this:
Array array1 = new Array(); //source
Array array2 = new Array(); //destination
Array.Copy(arra y1, array2, array1.Length);
Then everything in array1 is now in array2. It will do most of the type
casting and boxing for you.

What I am wanting to do, is to copy, a simple plain text file, to

The way I thought of doing this, involved copying all the items into a
array, and then looping through that array looking for duplicates,
removing them, and then writing to another file.

I'm writing a function that updates an array. That is, given an
array, change each element.
The trick is this: I can't change any elements until I've processed
the entire array. For example, the manner in which I update element 1
depends on several other (randomly numbered) elements in the array.
So, I can't change an element until I've figured out how every element
changes.

Suppose I have a void pointer pointing to a chunk of memory, I want to
copy the contents to another chunk of memory. Of course I can convert
void pointer to char pointer and use a for loop to copy each char, but
I fill it is slow. Is there any way I can copy the whole chunk at one
