Document Management/Imaging system

I am into a C# project which is a document management system.

Work Flow:

I will scan some document and the scanner needs to put the scanned file
in to a folder. While putting the file in to a folder, i need to index
the file using my program. Also i want a capability of viewing the
document at later point of time using a viewer application.

Does anybody involved in these kind of projects??? Pls share the source
code.
